1. Drink water

Start your day with a glass of water and try to drink more throughout the day. This will help keep you hydrated, give you energy, and improve digestion.

3. Eat slowly

Eating quickly can lead to overeating, so take the time to savour your meals and chew each bite thoroughly. This will help with digestion and reduce bloating as well.

4. Cut out processed foods

Try to limit how much processed food you eat by replacing them with healthier options like fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds.

5. Get enough sleep

Aim for eight hours of sleep every night so that your body has enough time to rest and repair itself from the day’s activities.

6. Stretch daily

Stretching helps loosen tight muscles, increase flexibility, improve posture, and reduce stress levels in your body.

7. Add greens to your diet

Adding greens like spinach or kale into your diet is an easy way to get extra vitamins and minerals into your meals without sacrificing taste or texture too much!

8. Read a book

Reading for just 15-30 minutes per day can help reduce stress levels as well as expand your knowledge base on various topics (bonus!).

9. Take breaks throughout the day

Taking regular breaks is important for both physical and mental health, so give yourself permission to step away from work at least once an hour during the workday.

10. Reduce screen time

Reducing screen time has been linked with improved sleep quality as well as increased productivity levels throughout the day.

So there you have it!

Improving your overall health doesn't have to be complicated or expensive nor does it require drastic lifestyle changes right away; all it takes are small steps like the ones listed above that over time add up to major improvements in overall wellbeing!

So why wait? Get started on these 10 tiny steps towards healthier living today.
